North Carolina Central University, in partnership with Blended Teaching Associates, Inc., provides a focused Real Estate Studies program, a series of elective courses that satisfy the 4-hour continuing education annual elective requirement of the NC Real Estate Commission.
The NC Real Estate Commission requires agents to renew their license by completing eight (8) hours of continuing education (CE) during each July 1 to June 10 license period. Four of those CE credit hours may be obtained by taking a Commission approved elective course. Elective courses may address a variety of real estate topics.
