Gerald (Jerry) Perry is the associate dean for the University of Arizona Libraries (UAL). In this role, he is a member of the Dean’s Working Group, which provides executive leadership. He is responsible for coordinating assessment efforts across the entire UAL system. All UAL research and learning librarians report to Jerry by way of their department head. He has over 30 years of experience as a health sciences librarian and is active in the Medical Library Association (president 2011–2012). His academic interests include leadership, administration, informatics, and diversity.
