Fundraising on Behalf of the University

Before fundraising on behalf of NCCU, you must have an approved memorandum of understanding or operating agreement with the university. This requirement is executed by the Division of Institutional Advancement and includes the NCCU Foundation, Inc., which serves as the fiduciary agency for the university's private gifts. Please review the University's Fundraising Policy to learn more. 

The Fundraising Policy is intended to ensure that the acceptance, management, and reporting of gifts and private grants are handled in compliance with external regulations, national standards, and the University's fiduciary obligations to donors, and to make sure that accepted gifts and private grants enhance the reputation and standing of the University and do not compromise or adversely impact its mission, reputation, or integrity.
