All non-essential campus operations are suspended during this period.

Cybersecurity Boot Camp

The NCCU School of Business Center for Cybersecurity is hosting a professional IT boot camp. This IT certification boot camp will prepare professionals to sit for the Comp TIA Security+ exam in one week. The boot camp will take place from July 10 to July 14, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. The boot camp is free and is only accepting 10 applicants.

Participants will learn:

  • Secure system design 
  • Identity and access management
  • Risk management 
  • Cryptography and public key infrastructure (PKI)
  • Navigating the certification exam

Course Includes:

  • 40 hours of security, plus labs and instruction utilizing Comp TIA/Self-Test Software Platform
  • Instruction from a cybersecurity expert
  • Quizzes and supporting materials to ensure comprehension
  • Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided to the participants
