The North Carolina University Department of Nursing will be holding its 28th annual Helen S. Miller Lectureship on March 6, 2025, starting at 8:30 a.m. The keynote speaker for the event will be Brigadier General Gwendolyn A. Foster.

Keynote Speaker

• Brigadier General Gwendolyn A. Foster, a certified nurse-midwife. She is the commander of the 59th Medical Wing and director of the San Antonio Military Health System, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas.
