Mark A Rosso
Originally from Chicago, Dr. Rosso has called North Carolina home since 1981. After careers in software development and marketing management, he became a professor in information technology, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses since 1996, spending 10 years at Meredith College and now working at NCCU. His research interests include online privacy, web genres and sponsored search.
He has published in journals such as the Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology, Communications of the Association for Information Systems, and New Media and Society. He recently completed an 11-month US Fulbright Scholarship in Bhutan. Dr. Rosso is an avid contra dancer and gym rat and is currently developing his Spanish language skills.
