Dr. Haeyoung (Hailey) Jeong is an assistant professor of marketing in the School of Business at North Carolina Central University. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Drexel University, along with an M.S. and a B.A. (magna cum laude) in Management Science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). Before entering academia, she gained valuable industry experience as a marketing researcher at Gallup Korea, where she managed projects across various industries.
Her research interests include digital consumer behavior, sensory perception, and brand marketing. Her work has been featured in prominent journals, including Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, and Journal of Advertising, among others.
