Campus Community Concerns
Make a report to the appropriate office below if you experience or witness an incident of sexual violence, stalking, dating/relationship violence or discrimination based on sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, and pregnancy: "If You See Something, Say Something."

The Student Code of Conduct sets out the standards of conduct expected of students. It holds individuals and groups responsible for the consequences of their actions. Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in the withdrawal of privileges or the imposition of sanctions. The entire Student Code of Conduct is available in the Student Conduct and Community Standards Resources section on the NCCU website.
This reporting may include sexual misconduct but is not limited to sexual or gender-based harassment, sexual assault, and domestic violence, sexual exploitation, and stalking. To file a Title IX Report, click the link below.

If you need to report an emergency or an immediate threat, please contact the University Police at 919-530-6106.
Care Referrals
Make a report to the Dean of Students team if you are concerned about a campus community member dealing with depression, anxiety, life stressors, suicidal ideation, self-harm, violent or aggressive behavior, medical concerns, homelessness, or financial hardships, or if there is someone you may suspect as having a substance abuse issue or who is seeking a withdrawal due to an extenuating circumstance.

Make a report to the Office of Student Advocacy if you are experiencing a difficult situation that impacts your academic and personal success, which may include but isn’t limited to the following: expecting students, food insecurity, book/access codes, childcare, a death in the family, or a financial issue.
