Community Programming at CEED

Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, contributing significantly to job creation and innovation. However, many small business owners face challenges when it comes to expanding their operations. The Small Business Expansion Summit aims to provide practical insights, resources, and networking opportunities to accelerate the growth of our local small business community.

The Small Business Assistance Clinic is an experiential learning opportunity that partners students with local small business owners on project-related challenges. In collaboration with the Small Business and Technology Development Center, students will serve as “co-counselors” alongside on-campus general business counselors to provide technical assistance with practical application in the areas of marketing, tech, finance, operations, and human resources (HR).

The Ice House Entrepreneurship Program is designed to develop creativity and critical thinking, effective problem solving, teamwork, and other entrepreneurial skills, enabling individuals to succeed regardless of their chosen path.
