Mr. David Alexander
Mr. Alexander has been appointed by the UNC Board of Governors for a full four-year term, extending until June 30, 2027.
David Alexander is the CEO of First Alliance Healthcare of Ohio, a healthcare company located in four cities that provides a myriad of services including primary care, mental and behavioral healthcare, and Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) services. An accomplished healthcare business consultant and advisor, Mr. Alexander has decades of experience building thriving healthcare companies and specializes in healthcare accreditations.
Mr. Alexander is the co-founder and board member of the Alexander-Carter Family Foundation and the co-founder and board member of Two Fish Five Loaves, a 501(c)3 public charity, food pantry and proud partner of the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. A proud double Eagle, Mr. Alexander received his bachelor’s degree in political science and his J.D. from North Carolina Central University. He received his Master of Public Administration degree from Western Carolina University. Mr. Alexander enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Alesha, their three children and their dog. He and his family reside in North Bethesda, Maryland.
