To secure your space in the incoming class, please submit the required $100 enrollment deposit, $150 housing fee, and register for SOAR. Please note that the Office of Undergraduate Admissions is monitoring the class size and reserves the right to waitlist a student at any time as the class fills. Hence, it is encouraged that you pay the $100 enrollment deposit, $150 housing fee, and register for SOAR as soon as possible. You can complete the payment process in the Eagle Promise Portal. These fees are non-refundable.
Please remember that all final transcripts are due by July 15 for fall enrollment and one month before the first day of classes for spring and summer enrollment. Failure to submit them on time will result in a hold on your account, preventing you from registering for classes.
Please login to your myEOL account and set up your NCCU email. The login credentials will be available in 10 minutes or less after paying the enrollment fee. Please use your username and one-time password to login to your myEOL account (https://myeol.nccu.edu/).
Steps to Set up Your NCCU Email:
- Click on myEOL on the NCCU.edu website.
- Login to myEOL using the credentials found in your Eagle Promise Portal.
- Change your one-time password.
- Go to myEOL home.
- Click the email or "envelope" icon.
- Set up your NCCU email account (it’s a gmail account).
- Please set up your email because all communications from the University, including those related to housing, will come here.
If you can access your myEOL account and NCCU email, please skip to step 3. If not, please complete Step 2.
Access the Housing Portal. The Fall 2025 housing application will open January 13, 2025 for new first-time freshmen and transfer students.
More information and directions about applying for housing and registering for SOAR are in the updates section on your Housing Portal dashboard. It is important that you read all communication thoroughly.
All communication from Residential Life and New Student and Family Programs will be sent to your NCCU email (@eagles.nccu.edu). There is a $150.00 non-refundable application fee due at the time you apply for housing. Transfer and second-degree-seeking students are not required to live on campus.

NCCU Student Access and Success Programs (SASP) offers proactive support and enrichment services for first-generation college students, students from limited-income households, and students with documented disabilities. The Office of Student Accessibility Services (SAS), a part of SASP, provides support to all NCCU students with short-term or long-term accessibility needs, regardless of their financial status or household formation.
By completing this assessment, the SASP team will identify possible resources available to you:
Accessibility Requests:
If you have a permanent or temporary disability and are seeking accommodations, connect with SAS via Accommodate.
Learn more about Student Accessibility Services (SAS).
Immunizations:
Eagles registered for 4 or more credit hours of "on campus" classes must provide proof of certain immunizations and submit the document(s) through the MedProctor portal. Your immunization record (sometimes called your vaccination record) is a documented history of all the vaccines you have received as a child or as an adult. MedProctor files are protected and confidential under HIPPA laws and regulations.
For more information about immunization requirements, visit NCCU's Immunization and Records page.
If you have any questions as you move through the Before You SOAR Checklist, please feel free to contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at [email protected].
