The Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ETAC) is the front line of support for the ITS department. You can gain technical service resources from ETAC via the following methods:

- Calling ETAC at 919-530-7676 and speaking to one of our knowledgeable ETAC representatives
The Eagle Technical Center (ETC) is NCCU's in-person support center for personal devices. Hardware and software repair is provided for a small fee at the ETC. Consultations and workshops are provided at no charge. You can contact the ETC at 919-530-5038 or come visit us on the first floor of the Shepard Library.
