The Eagle Card office provides students, faculty and staff with a “one card” that gives access to a variety of campus services and facilities.
Distance learning students attending NCCU Online Eagle Card can request their Eagle Card online. Once submitted, a staff member will print the identification card and mail it to the address you provide on the Eagle Card Request Form.

All students living on campus are required to have a meal plan. Flex dollars are dining dollars that are added to the meal plan for students to use at all dining locations. Flex dollars must be used within the semester they were purchased and do not roll over to the next semester.
All first-year students residing on campus will automatically be assigned to one of the two unlimited meal swipe plans. Each of these plans comes with either 500 flex or 700 flex dollars. Upperclassmen (students with 30 or more credit hours) have additional options when selecting their meal plans. Please note, some meal plans are restricted to students who occupy certain residence halls.

Eagle Bucks (formerly Food Retail) are funds that can be added to your Eagle Card or your credit or debit card. These funds can be used for purchases with on-campus vendors. To add Eagle Bucks to your account, visit our GET Mobile Page.

A student can get a book voucher if they have a credit on their account. A credit will be reflected on the account if after all financial aid has been posted, the student has excess funds available. The credit will show up with a negative sign (-) in front of a number. Book vouchers are done on myEOL.
Important: Remember that your refund will be reduced to the amount of the allowance.

You can add funds to your Eagle Card via the GET Mobile App. You can also add funds to your account by visiting the Eagle Card Office with a credit card, cash, Apple Pay, check or money order. Funds are immediately credited and available for use.
Please visit the Eagle Card Office in Room 117 of the Lee Biology Building. The replacement student card fee is $25. You can pay for the replacement with cash, check, money order, Apple Pay or a credit card. Note: We do not accept Discover or American Express.

You will receive an email indicating the reason why the photo is not acceptable and will have to either re‐upload another picture or visit the Eagle Card office to have your card manually produced.
New students may pick up their ID during Orientation Check-in. Otherwise, please come to the Eagle Card Office located in Room 117 of the Lee Biology Building.
