Program Overview

The Online Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management features an assortment of courses developed to support the advancement of hospitality and tourism management professionals. Along with a strong business management foundation, students who pursue this concentration track will receive relevant instruction related to specific topics in hospitality and tourism. With the ease of online learning, busy professionals can finish this degree program according to their own schedules.

Core Courses

The graduate management core courses, the heart of the MBA program, focus on organizational decision making, behavioral factors impacting decision making, and the environment in which the organization functions. The graduate management core is composed of the following courses:

The current capstone course for the MBA is MGT 5565, Management Strategy and Policy Analysis (3).

For the Hospitality and Tourism Concentration, there are three electives (9 hours) plus a capstone course (3 hours):

HADM 5200, Service Marketing and Consumer Behavior (3)
HADM 5500, Special Topics and Trends in Hospitality and Tourism Industry (3)

Admission Requirements

The requirements for all applicants are as follows:

Online graduate admission application

Official transcripts of all schools attended (if you earned your degree from a non-U.S. school, please see the international applicant requirements)

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00
GRE or GMAT (no more than 5 years old)
