The North Carolina Central University (NCCU) Native American Law Students Association (NALSA) and Department of Diversity and Inclusion present the 2nd Annual Soaring Eagle Powwow on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, beginning at noon. The event will feature Native American food vendors, dance and drum exhibitions, craft vendors and more. The admission fee is $5 for adults and free for children age 6 and under and adults over the age of 60.
