In compliance with the 2020 Title IX regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of Education, all materials used to train the Title IX coordinator, campus investigator, hearing and appellate officers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process will be available below.
At North Carolina Central University, there are required sexual harassment and sexual violence training and education requirements for some students, faculty and staff. The program content is tailored to each audience and educates our campus community about sexual harassment and violence, including how to prevent it, the role of intervention, how to report it and what campus resources are available.
