On March 9, 2009, ITS implemented new Security Enhancements. If your password does not already meet the minimum security requirements, then you will need to reset your password before accessing on-campus computers or login-based services such as email or Blackboard. On-campus users: You will be prompted to reset your password before logging into an on-campus computer. If you have not rebooted your computer in the last 24 hours you will see an error message in Microsoft Outlook/Exchange that will direct you to log in. If you see this message, reboot your machine and login to the network. Off-campus users: Visit https://www.nccu.edu/formsdocs/files/webforms/passwordreset.cfm to reset your password. I have a different password issue. |
