Student Health & Counseling Services:
5-29-2008: Student Health and Counseling Services is now accepting Insurance Waivers for Fall 2008. The deadline to submit an Insurance Waiver for Fall 2008 is August 22, 2008. You can mail, fax, or bring your waiver to Student Health and Counseling Services along with a copy of your insurance card. If you chose to mail or fax your waiver, the mailing address and fax number is at the bottom of the waiver form.

Credit Card Payments:
The on-line credit card payment gateway is NOW available. If you need to make a credit card payment, you may use the on-line credit card feature, call the Bursar’s Office at (919) 530-6209, (919) 530-6234, or come by the Bursar’s Office located in room 12 of the Hoey Administration Building at 1801 Fayetteville St, Durham, NC 27707.
